Samuel, you often write in elucidating ways about things I've been thinking about, such as Millennial unhappiness and frustration.

You mention the citing of personality types as an excuse for some behavior, such as that derived from Enneagram. Millennials seem to put a lot of stock in personality tests and casually mention their type as explanation for how they feel, how they think or how they behave.

Have you written about this topic before? Why do some Millennials seem to gain a great deal of comfort from knowing their personality type? Does it give them a false sense of self-mastery or does it give them an out from taking responsibility for self-mastery?
